REGISTRATION

When and where are the One-Stop registration sites?
One-Stop registration sites for the 2008 Komen National Race for the Cure take place on weekends in May throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Click here to find dates and locations.

Is there a discount for senior citizens, survivors or children?
Entry fees for Susan G. Komen Kids for the Cure® Race are less than the Komen National Race, but those wishing to participate in the National Race must pay the full registration fee. Funds raised go to breast cancer research and education
and are critical in our efforts to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease.

What portion of my ENTRY FEE is tax deductible?

None. The IRS does not allow deductions when you receive items of value for the entry fee. Donations and Pledges are tax deductible. Can I include a pledge with my registration money?
If you would like to register and make a pledge to a participant, you must write two checks. Pledge money must be kept separate from registration fees because it is processed differently for tax purposes.
